TTET Union Corporation (TWSE: 1232), a Taiwan-listed food group founded in 1982, reported consolidated results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The company, active in vegetable-oil manufacture, processing, import and export, cogeneration, and wholesale & retail — and 80.27% owner of food-wholesale subsidiary Master Channels Corporation — posted operating revenue of NT$21,513 million, down 2.5% from NT$22,067 million in FY2024. Management attributes the dip primarily to price rather than any franchise problem. Finished goods accounted for 67.7% of revenue (NT$14,570 million), merchandise sales for 29.6% (NT$6,363 million), with processing and logistics services making up the remainder.
Profitability held firm: net profit edged up 0.7% to NT$1,382 million, and basic EPS came to 8.25, essentially flat versus 8.24 a year earlier. Operating cash flow of NT$2,064 million was down just 1.0%, comfortably covering the dividend and capex needs. The balance sheet strengthened notably — year-end cash rose 20.3% to a record NT$2,690 million, giving the group ample liquidity heading into 2026.
Overall, FY2025 was a steady year: modest top-line softness against a stable bottom line and a cash-rich closing position, underscoring the resilience of TTET’s edible-oil franchise and distribution network.
