FIT Holding Co., Ltd. (TWSE: 3712) is a Taiwan-based technology and energy group whose operations span energy services, systems and peripherals, and 3C retail and components. FY2024 marked a transformational, energy-led growth year: consolidated audited revenue reached NT$26.9 billion, up 54.4% year over year from NT$17.4 billion in FY2023.
Growth was driven primarily by the energy services segment, which contributed NT$19.6 billion — 73.0% of group revenue — lifted by offshore wind EPC projects and power plant operations. Systems and peripherals added NT$5.5 billion (20.3%), while 3C retail and components contributed the remaining NT$1.8 billion.
Profitability improved sharply alongside the top line. Net income attributable to shareholders of the parent nearly doubled to NT$1.12 billion, up 97.9% year over year, and earnings per share rose to NT$4.5 from NT$2.31 in FY2023.
On the balance sheet, the group completed a NT$12.2 billion investment year — largely energy infrastructure — which turned operating cash flow to an outflow of NT$2.65 billion, funded alongside NT$15.8 billion in financing inflows. Even so, year-end cash stood at NT$7.9 billion, up from an opening position of NT$7.0 billion, leaving ample liquidity for the next phase of the energy build-out.
